Talyco Nonprofit Consulting

Talyco LLC works primarily with small nonprofits coaching vitality and growth and navigating transitions

Tania Spofford, MS

Facilitator, Educator, Coach

An accomplished nonprofit executive and community builder, Tania is often complimented on her successful approach to faciltating group planning and action sessions as well as her ability to bring clarity and focus to ambiguous situations. Discovering a lack of training, resources and support specialized for small and rural nonprofit leaders, Tania started Talyco LLC to serve the type of small nonprofits she herself led. She leans on her 20 years of experience working with a variety of human service agencies, regional healthcare systems, an arts organization, nonprofit collaboratives, coalitions, and churches. In addition to her experience, Tania's education includes a BA in Art, MS in change leadership, and additional training and certifications in organizational development, facilitation methods, community organizing, youth development, coaching, healthy congregations, church renewal and transformational ministry. When she is not busy working with nonprofits, Tania spends time with family and friends, toasting a fine glass of wine or tasty microbrew, traveling, listening to jazz, visiting art galleries, exploring her growing interest in nature photography, and trying new recipes.
